How do I use TransGlobal?
Once you have opened an account you can access rates online through PayFac or by telephone. If we offer a rate which you accept, we will immediately email confirmation of the order.
How secure are my funds?
TransGlobal operates 'Client Accounts' for all traded currencies, held with our respected and trusted financial partners. Your funds will be held exclusively in these accounts and can be traced at any given time. Client accounts are totally separate to our 'Operating Accounts'.
How to pay for transactions
At TransGlobal we want to make sure that payment is as straightforward as possible and offer the following methods:
- FASTER PAYMENT - The fastest and cheapest way to send money (same day)
- CHAPS - More commonly known same day payment method
- BACS Credit - up to 3 days for funds to reach the TransGlobal customer account
- SWIFT - Electronic Wire Transfers used for international currency settlement
- Cheque - mail a GBP cheque payable to TransGlobal Payment Solutions
When will the currency be paid out?
Payments will be made on receipt of cleared funds into our client account. We ensure that every customer payment made is delivered via either SWIFT, SEPA, UK CHAPS or Faster payment ensuring fast and secure delivery to anywhere in the world. This method also provides a transfer reference number, which enables us to track the payment on your behalf.
