• Providing clear instructions on the monthly routine, the information required and funding timescales for each country their customers wish to send payroll payments to.

• PayFac having built in validation to provide early warnings of any missing key data required for payment success.
• The PayFac database holding country specific key data that cannot be added to your customer platform and match and add this to employee IDs to ensure straight through processing.

PayFac delivers payment completion information back to your system to allow self service and instant response in your call centres. Data Enrichment – API+ increases straight through processing from your customer platform by adding any key international payment data that isn’t contained in your employee file. This data is referenced by employee ID so that each time a payment is received for that employee the data is added. This removes any chance of repetitive payment failure and ensures no manual intervention is required

Risk Management – TransGlobal offers all your customers the ability to fix the payroll exchange rates for each country they have employees in. Our Payroll forward exchange rate contract product takes the exchange rate risk out of the cost of payroll payments allowing your customer to fix the rate for its budget period. Once the forward contract has been created, your customers can draw their payroll down at a fixed exchange rate.
