TransGlobal Payment Solutions Limited was formed in 2007 and has seen dynamic growth based on its mission to provide customers with a simplified foreign exchange payment service with very competitive rates and a first class service. The cornerstone of delivering this is its cloud based foreign exchange and payment platform – PayFac. PayFac allows both personal and business customers to transact payments or convert currency at the touch of a button and is used by TransGlobal staff to manage all the customers’ requirements. Over £1 billion in transactions have been securely and reliably handled by PayFac and this proven quality has allowed TransGlobal to sell the platform to other major financial institutions.

2013	Milestone of £1 billion in customer transactions processed through PayFac achieved
2013	PayFac API and PayFac connection wizard launched. Allows simpley connection to accounting packages and easy connection to ERP’s to create straight through processing of international payment and FX transactions
2012	PayFac now used by international payroll companies and share dealing organisations to make critical payments around the world
2011	Equiniti International Payments launched. A joint venture between Equiniti Equiniti, Citibank and TransGlobal to provide international payments to the Mid Corporate market using PayFac
2011	PayFac v1.5 launched. PayFac and TransGlobal’s service can be ‘white labelled’ for 3rd party financial institutions to use
2011	TransGlobal becomes authorised by the FSA (Now FCA) as an authorised payment institution
2010	Peter Fortune joins as non-exec chairman. Peter has over 25 years of corporate success in the global payment solutions industry
2010	2nd Round Funding from Enterprise Ventures and other investors
2009	500th customer uses PayFac and TransGlobal's Service
2009	Launch Direct Debit management service for simplified payment collection
2008	Launch BACS solution on PayFac. PayFac becomes the first payment platform to handle both domestic and international payments
2007	Receive First Round funding from Enterprise Ventures and Liverpool Seed Capital to accelerate growth and further develop PayFac
2007	Launched PayFac V1.0 – TransGlobal’s cloud based FX and International Payments Platform
